Tiger Maple Pricing

  • 4/4 and 8/4 (1-inch and 2-inch): From $7 to $11 per board foot, depending on the grade
  • Over 8 inches wide is + $0.50, over 12 inches wide is + $0.50 (over 200 board feet in stock)


Grading our tiger maple from 1A to 4A is the fairest way to price these boards.



  • 1A and 2A: Stripes coming from both edges but not connecting across the board
  • 2A has more consistent stripes than 1A
  • 3A and 4A: Figure across the board with very prominent stripes
  • 3A is very nice board
  • 4A is our best board
